What’s the process for leasing a property?
Leasing a property with us is simple. Start by browsing our available listings to find a property that suits your needs. Once you’ve selected a property, contact us at 330-668-2797 to schedule a viewing. At the time of viewing the house, a rental application will be provided. We’ll guide you through the necessary steps and paperwork to secure your new rental. A $30 rental application fee payable to Tiger Lily Realty for each person 18 years or older must accompany the application. Fee is non-refundable.
Tiger Lily also accepts money orders submitted with the completed application.
How do I request maintenance?
To request maintenance, log into your account on our PLATFORM’S TENANT PORTAL and submit a maintenance request detailing the issue and any photos of the issue, if applicable. If you do not have the means to access the portal, either CALL the office at 330-668-2797 or EMAIL the issue and any photos to the office at Office@tigerlilyrealty.com.
How can I pay my rent?
Paying rent depends on the client that owns the house. If the client participates in our platform’s rent payment process, then payment can be made through the platform's tenant portal. If the client does not participate in the platform’s rent payment process or if the tenant does not want to pay rent through the platform, then rent can be paid in the owner’s name and either mailed to P.O. Box 1531, Akron, OH 44309-1531 or dropped off at the office’s drop box.
